CVS celebrates grand opening of new store at 44 W. Boylston St...

Glickman, Kovago & Company is pleased to announce that CVS Caremark of Woonsocket, RI celebrated the grand opening of a newly constructed store at 44 West Boylston Street in Worcester. The 1.8 acre parcel was leased from EJR Real Estate Trust in the fall of 2007. The full service store, which features a flu clinic, is a relocation of the Gold Star Boulevard store.

Michael Jacobs and James Glickman, both principals of Glickman Kovago, handled the transaction.

Reardon, Joyce and Anderson PC move to 4 Lancaster Terrace...

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered the sale of 4 Lancaster Terrace in Worcester between Cynthia Fiore and 4 Lancaster Terrace LLC of Worcester, Massachusetts on June 24, 2008 for $359,500. 4 Lancaster Terrace is a 3,235 sf office building located on 3,740 sf lot just off downtown Worcester.

4 Lancaster Terrace LLC is converting the property to attorney’s offices and will be the new home of Reardon, Joyce and Anderson PC.

David Cohen represented the seller, and Mark Johns, of REMAX Advantage, represented the buyer.

R&P Woodworking is expanding to 1.47ac, Pioneer Drive, Oxford...

Glickman, Kovago & Company has brokered the sale of Lot 3 Pioneer Drive in Oxford. The 1.47 acre parcel was purchased by Sunny Hill Realty, LLC of Leicester. Sunny Hill will construct a facility to accommodate their expansion of R & P Woodworking, Inc., a custom furniture manufacturing company. R & P Woodworking designs and builds Antoine Proulx Furniture and has been recognized in national furniture design publications such as, Interior Design, Progressive Architecture, as well as the New York Times.

Jeff Borus represented both parties in the transaction.

24,000sf, 65 Southbridge Street, Auburn welcomes new tenants...

Glickman, Kovago & Company has brokered a lease at 65 Southbridge Street in Auburn, Massachusetts. Unit #1, a 1,540sf space, was leased by New Street Monogram and Creative Screening of Worcester from Russ Gagnon Properties. The Co-Tenants specialize in custom embroidery and screen-printing and will be relocating to Auburn.

65 Southbridge Street is a 24,000sf office and retail building on busy Route 12 in Auburn. 16,000sf of space is still available.

Jeff Borus represented both the lessor and lessee.
