James Glickman acted as sole broker in the sale of 5 acres
James Glickman acted as sole broker in the sale of 5 acres of industrial land in Auburn along Route 20. Marge Cutting sold the land to Phellco Corporation for $500,000. Phellco is planning to construct a 10,000 sf building on a built to suit basis and will construct other commercial buildings on the property which will be for lease.
