Jeff Borus brokered the sale of a 1+/- acre commercial site with older home located along 170 Thompson Road (Route 193) in Webster near Exit 1 of I-395. The Buyer, Webster Crossing, LLC purchased the property from the Szynal Family for $325,000 and plans to develop the site in the near future.
