Jeff Borus and Jim Glickman represented the Landlord on the lease of 9,600 +/- sf at 37 Sutton Road in Webster, MA to Monster Mini-Golf. The tenant will be renovating the facility to be used as an indoor miniature golf and family entertainment center. Jeff also worked with the tenant in completing the deal.
