Lebanon Hill Properties has purchased 394 Elm Street in Southbridge from J.I. Morris Company. The 91,500 square foot building on more than 6 acres will be occupied by K&K Thermoforming, Inc, a custom manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging, who will occupy 57,500 sq feet, with J.I. Morris Co. leasing the remaining space. The property sold for $1.675 million. Jeff Borus and David Cohen handled the transaction.
