Fastenal Company has leased 5,000 sf of space from Proko Realty at 17 East Mountain Street in Worcester, formerly occupied by Flowerland. Fastenal will use the space to operate an industrial and construction supply store specializing in threaded fasteners. Mike Jacobs, along with principal Jim Glickman completed the transaction.
