Kevin Curtis, a contractor from Upton, has purchased two apartment buildings from the Estate of Theodore Johnson. Mr. Curtis has purchased the 6-Unit located at 9 Mount Vernon Street and the 3-Unit located at 103 Rodney Street, both in Worcester, with the intention of remodeling and renting each property. Dave Brasington represented the Seller in the $375,000 sale.
