Southbridge Credit Union plans to build a brand new facility at 736 Southbridge Street in Auburn. The 1.4-acre parcel has been leased from Jayesh Patel - owner of Hampton Inn. SBCU will use 2,900 square feet of the 7,366 square foot building as a bank, and offer the remaining 2,230 square foot and 2,274 square foot spaces as leasable for tenants. Mike Jacobs brokered the transaction.
