Direct Buy Wholesale Club has leased 14,000 sf of space from Stonegate LLC. The property is located at 2-4 Mercer Road in Natick, just behind Dick’s Sporting Goods along Route 9. Direct Buy is relocating from Shrewsbury; the new space will be used as offices and a showroom where the public is able to examine Direct Buy membership opportunities. Dave Brasington represented the wholesale club in the transaction.
