T-Brooke Realty, Inc has purchased 100 Pratts Junction Road in Sterling, MA from Charles and Judith Chiancola. The 20,900 +/- square foot building on 2.05 +/- acres formerly housed Polyflow, Inc. and will now be occupied by the buyer who will operate under the name Hunter Plastics, Inc. Hunter Plastics is a machinery dealer that specializes in the purchase, sale, and brokerage of used plastic processing machinery and equipment. Jeff Borus represented the buyer and seller.
