The MMAT Center, Worcester's premier Mixed Martial Arts Training Center brings Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Submission Wrestling, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Self-Defense all under one roof. The 5000 square foot fully air-conditioned facility offers over 1500 square feet of matted workout area, separate boxing center with boxing ring and state of the art training equipment.
