CVS Pharmacy has leased the 1.8 acre parcel of land at 44 West Boylston Street in Worcester, Massachusetts from EJR Real Estate Trust. Construction is slated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2007 and the store should open in Spring 2008. CVS Caremark, based in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, is the nation’s premier integrated pharmacy services provider with over 6,200 locations throughout the country. The transaction was handled by Michael C. Jacobs and Jim Glickman.
