Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered the sale of 299 Barber Avenue in Worcester between SMTM Equity Partners LLC of Holden, Massachusetts and Hardy & Sons LLC of Worcester, Massachusetts on April 18, 2008 for $193,000. 299 Barber Avenue is .5 acres of commercial land located in the center of town on Route 16.
