Dave Brasington Facilitates Lease Agreement at 421 Washington Street in Auburn

GLICKMAN KOVAGO & COMPANY FACILITATES LEASE AGREEMENT AT 421 WASHINGTON STREET IN AUBURN

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement for the property located at 421 Washington Street in Auburn, Massachusetts. Morning Star has leased 10,000 square feet in the building which was converted to a retail use. The property is located on Route 20 in close proximity to the Auburn Mall.

Morning Star is a contemporary, full service, Christian bookstore. Started 22 years ago in Leominster, Massachusetts, Morning Star's key qualities are outstanding service, selection and value. With the addition of the Auburn location, Morning Store now has 9 stores though out Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
