August 15, 2008New 12,900sf CVS in Northborough to open in summer 2008...Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between Northboro Center Plaza LLC and CVS of Woonsocket, Rhode Island for the property located in the center of Northborough, Massachusetts. CVS is building a new 12,900 square foot store on the 1.2 acre site of the original strip center store. The store is expected to open in the summer of 2008. CVS Caremark, based in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, is the nation’s premier integrated pharmacy services provider with over 6,200 locations throughout the country. Michael C. Jacobs handled this as well as past CVS transactions in the region. |
