Southbay Mental Health leases at Worcester Business Center...
Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered the lease of 2,775 sf office space at 67 Millbrook Street in Worcester between the Worcester Business Center and Southbay Mental Health of Worcester, Massachusetts on July 1, 2008. The Worcester Business Center is a 219,000 sf building located off Gold Star Boulevard on Millbrook Street.
Southbay Mental Health will be relocating to the property and using it for office space.
David Cohen represented the lessee, and Don Mancini, of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the lessor.
