August 15, 2008Patricia Brosnihan Dance Center expands to 130 Ferry St, Grafton...Glickman, Kovago & Company is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of 130 Ferry Street in Grafton, MA. Formerly the home of Lakeview Auctions, the Grafton property will be used as a newly expanded and second location for the Patricia Brosnihan Dance Center of Hopkinton. Lakeview Auctions is in the process of relocating, but can be found by visiting www.auctionzip.com with ID #2974. The auction house is planning a new auction towards the end of this month. The buyer, 130 Ferry Street LLC, purchased the 4,200sf property from the owners of Lakeview Auctions. Jeff Borus represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction. |
