Unit #1, a 1,540sf space, was leased by New Street Monogram and Creative Screening of Worcester from Russ Gagnon Properties. The Co-Tenants specialize in custom embroidery and screen-printing and will be relocating to Auburn.
65 Southbridge Street is a 24,000sf office and retail building on busy Route 12 in Auburn. 16,000sf of space is still available.
