August 15, 2008R&P Woodworking is expanding to 1.47ac, Pioneer Drive, Oxford...Glickman, Kovago & Company has brokered the sale of Lot 3 Pioneer Drive in Oxford. The 1.47 acre parcel was purchased by Sunny Hill Realty, LLC of Leicester. Sunny Hill will construct a facility to accommodate their expansion of R & P Woodworking, Inc., a custom furniture manufacturing company. R & P Woodworking designs and builds Antoine Proulx Furniture and has been recognized in national furniture design publications such as, Interior Design, Progressive Architecture, as well as the New York Times. Jeff Borus represented both parties in the transaction. |
