August 25, 2008CVS purchases 3 parcels in Lunenberg for 12,900sf relocation...Glickman, Kovago & Company is pleased to announce that CVS/Caremark Corporation has purchased 3 adjacent parcels located at 366 Whalom Road, 454 Electric Avenue, and 6 Kirby Avenue in Lunenburg. CVS has plans to build a 12,900sf pharmacy on the assembled land to relocate a nearby store. Construction is slated to begin this fall with anticipated completion in the spring of 2009. CVS/Caremark, based in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, is the nation’s premier integrated pharmacy services provider with over 6,200 locations throughout the country. Michael Jacobs and Peter Kovago handled the Sale. Mr. Jacobs has facilitated a number of CVS transactions throughout the region. |
