Union Station Welcomes Maxwell Silverman's Toolhouse...

Glickman, Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement for the Grand Hall at Union Station to Maxwell Silverman’s Toolhouse Restaurant. The opulent 6,150sf Grand Hall is the ideal location for the restaurant’s expansion. Maxwell Silverman’s is well known throughout the region for its gourmet cuisine and elegant atmosphere and has been a staple of Worcester’s fine dining and entertainment scene for over 30 years.

The magnificent and historical train station underwent a $32m renovation and has become the transportation hub of the city. With the grand opening of the 500 car parking deck and over 600,000 travelers annually, Union Station is the signature address of Worcester. 8,000sf of space is still available.

Michael Jacobs and Peter Kovago handled the transaction.
