GKC Selected as Preferred Broker For National Retailer...

Glickman Kovago and Company was chosen to join a preferred network of brokers to represent a Fortune 500 retailer as it expands throughout New England.

As one of the fastest growing corporate-owned chains in the country, this retailer seeks 15 - 20 new locations within our target market, providing low to lower-middle income consumers with a wide range of general merchandise at highly competitive prices in convenient neighborhood stores.

GKC will represent Worcester and Franklin Counties, Massachusetts and Tolland and Windham Counties, Connecticut.

General Criteria

· 8,000sf to 10,000sf.

· 60' minimum frontage.

· 11' ceiling height.

· HVAC - 1/400sf ratio.

· Shopping centers, neighborhood strip centers, free standing
opportunities.

· Low to lower-middle income rural communities and urban
markets.

· Convenience orientated sites with good visibility and pylon
signage.

· 30 parking spaces.
