Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company recently completed sales of two former Zoot's Dry Cleaner properties. 942 Grafton Street, Worcester, MA - 2,184 sf freestanding building opposite the Perkins Farm Marketplace, was acquired by Midyat Properties for $360,000. The property will be owner occupied for a clothing alteration business and will be sub-divided for a small tenant. 386 Washington Street, Stoughton, MA - 2,475 sf free standing building situated at signalized intersection on Rt. 138, was acquired by Papantoniadis Properties, LLC for $540,000 and will be used as a restaurant. Seller for both properties was LG Holdings, LLC. Jacobs represented the Seller on both transactions. |
