Direct Buy Wholesale Club has leased 14,000 sf of space from Stonegate LLC. The property is located at 2-4 Mercer Road in Natick, just behind Dick’s Sporting Goods along Route 9. Direct Buy is relocating from Shrewsbury; the new space will be used as offices and a showroom where the public is able to examine Direct Buy membership opportunities. Dave Brasington represented the wholesale club in the transaction.

Southbridge Credit Union plans to build a brand new facility at 736 Southbridge Street in Auburn. The 1.4-acre parcel has been leased from Jayesh Patel - owner of Hampton Inn. SBCU will use 2,900 square feet of the 7,366 square foot building as a bank, and offer the remaining 2,230 square foot and 2,274 square foot spaces as leasable for tenants. Mike Jacobs brokered the transaction.

Mike Jacobs and Jim Glickman have completed the lease between Bob Baker of Holden and the owners of Midstate Auto Group and Westborough Mitsubishi. Steven Sewell, Raymond Butler, and John Freitas recently opened Midstate of Auburn, and will be expanding into Worcester by opening a used auto dealership in the 5,600 sf showroom and adjacent parking lot located at 442 Park Avenue.

Kevin Curtis, a contractor from Upton, has purchased two apartment buildings from the Estate of Theodore Johnson. Mr. Curtis has purchased the 6-Unit located at 9 Mount Vernon Street and the 3-Unit located at 103 Rodney Street, both in Worcester, with the intention of remodeling and renting each property. Dave Brasington represented the Seller in the $375,000 sale.

GMP Piping of Littleton has purchased a two story, 9,900 sf building from Tim Griggs for $775,000. The building located at 80 Taylor Street in Littleton contains both office and manufacturing space and will be used by GMP Piping as a new, permanent location for their business.
