The Shopping Plaza, owned by McAvey Realty, LLC, is currently occupied by Mrs. Mack’s Bakery, Commonwealth National Bank, The Pet Barn, and many others. Crown Mortgage was represented by David Cohen and Jim Glickman.

Annie's Bookstop, a new and used book store with locations nationwide, has leased 1,300 sf of space at Stafford Station Shopping Plaza in Worcester. The property owned by 120 Stafford Street Limited Partnership is located at 120 Stafford Street and is home to other such retailers as The Flower Stop, Tropic Sun Tanning Salon, and ETS Staffing. A remaining 10,000 sf of space is currently available for lease. David Cohen handled the transaction.

88 Shrewsbury Street, LLC has purchased a 14,000 sf building and accompanying land from Shrewsbury Street Investments, LLC. The new owners plan to redevelop the property, located at 88 Shrewsbury Street in Worcester, and lease the space to retailers. David Cohen and Mike Jacobs brokered the $825,000 sale.
