The MMAT Center (Mix Martial Arts Training Center) has leased 5,000 sf space located at 228 Brooks Street in Worcester, MA from the owner,Worcester Scale Inc. The MMAT Center, Worcester's premier Mixed Martial Arts Training Center brings Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Submission Wrestling, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Self-Defense all under one roof. The 5000 square foot fully air-conditioned facility offers over 1500 square feet of matted workout area, separate boxing center with boxing ring and state of the art training equipment. Jim Glickman, Principal, and David Cohen, both of Glickman Kovago & Company, handled the transaction.

T-Brooke Realty, Inc has purchased 100 Pratts Junction Road in Sterling, MA from Charles and Judith Chiancola. The 20,900 +/- square foot building on 2.05 +/- acres formerly housed Polyflow, Inc. and will now be occupied by the buyer who will operate under the name Hunter Plastics, Inc. Hunter Plastics is a machinery dealer that specializes in the purchase, sale, and brokerage of used plastic processing machinery and equipment. Jeff Borus represented the buyer and seller.
