Jeff Borus and Jim Glickman have completed the transaction...

Jeff Borus and Jim Glickman have completed the transaction between Holland Real Estate, LLC and 37 Sutton Road, LLP. Holland Real Estate purchased the 24,600 square foot property on 3.18 Acres for $1.275M. The building is located at 37 Sutton Road in Webster and currently houses Powerhouse Gym and Monster Mini Golf.

Alan Sharkus has leased 496 sf of space on Franklin Street from the Mayo Group. The space will be used as a barber shop, and is just one of many storefront suites in Worcester’s downtown central business district currently being offered for lease by Glickman Kovago & Company. Up to 20,000 sf is available within the many beautiful and historic buildings that line Franklin Street including the former Bancroft Hotel, and the Franklin and Houghton Buildings. Mike Jacobs and Peter Kovago completed the transaction.

Syco Holdings, Inc has leased 1,800 sf of space in the building located at 290 West Boylston Street in Worcester. The 14,400 sf office and retail development was recently constructed by Carbonneau Realty. Syco Holdings will be opening a Papa John’s pizza restaurant in the space. Mike Jacobs completed the transaction.

Schoelly Imaging has leased 6,500 square feet of space from 100 Hartwell Associates in a building located at 100 Hartwell Street in West Boylston. Schoelly Imaging, Inc. was founded July 2005 as a joint venture between Schoelly Fiberoptic GmbH of Denzlingen, Germany and David A. McNally of Holden, MA, and is based out of Worcester, MA. They will be using the space in West Boylston as additional office space. David Cohen represented the Lessee.

Chase Mill Realty, LLC has purchased a 183,000 square foot building on 19 Acres from Ethan Allen Retail, Inc. The property is located at 35 Chase Ave Dudley and was purchased for $750,000. A variety of industrial space is currently available at the facility. Jeff Borus represented both parties.

CVS Pharmacy has purchased a 6.6 acre parcel of land on West Street in Ware...

CVS Pharmacy has purchased a 6.6 acre parcel of land on West Street in Ware, Massachusetts from Frank and Domenica DeSantis. Construction for the new 12,000 sf pharmacy will commence within the next 60-90 days with an expected date of completion in 2008. The $625,000 transaction was handled by Michael C. Jacobs.

HW Beacon LLC has purchased a 9,000 sf former fire station from 108 Beacon Realty, Inc. The property is located at 108 Beacon Street in Worcester, MA and will be the new home of JM Environmental, a company owned by the founders of HW Beacon, Marsha Harris and Charles Wilder. JM Environmental, a full service environmental contracting and consulting firm specializing in waste management solutions and environmentally friendly products and services will be relocating from Elm Street after completing renovations on the building.
