CVS is building a new 12,900 square foot store...

GLICKMAN KOVAGO & COMPANY REPRESENT CVS
FOR NEW STORE IN NORTHBOROUGH, MA

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between Northboro Center Plaza LLC and CVS of Woonsocket, Rhode Island for the property located in the center of Northborough, Massachusetts. CVS is building a new 12,900 square foot store on the 1.2 acre site of the original strip center store. The store is expected to open in the summer of 2008.

CVS Caremark, based in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, is the nation’s premier integrated pharmacy services provider with over 6,200 locations throughout the country.

Michael C. Jacobs, principal of Glickman, Kovago & Company, handled this as well as past CVS transactions in the region.

Radio Oil has leased 4,000 square feet ...

GLICKMAN KOVAGO & COMPANY FACILITATES LEASE AGREEMENT AT 54 ROCKDALE STREET IN WORCESTER

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between Vellumoid, Inc. of Worcester and Radio Oil of Worcester for the property located along 54 Rockdale Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Radio Oil has leased 4,000 square feet of the 90,000 square feet building to accommodate their excess storage needs. The property is conveniently located near Routes 12 and I-190.

Vellumoid, Inc. has a long tradition of manufacturing die cut gaskets and distributing gasketing materials for Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers, Automotive Aftermarket, Heavy Truck and Off-Road Vehicles, and Small Engine Manufacturers and Rebuilders.

Radio Oil Co., Inc. is the leading fuel and lubricant supplier in central Massachusetts.

Industrial and office space is still available in the complex.
