Hardy & Sons purchases 299 Barbers Avenue...

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered the sale of 299 Barber Avenue in Worcester between SMTM Equity Partners LLC of Holden, Massachusetts and Hardy & Sons LLC of Worcester, Massachusetts on April 18, 2008 for $193,000. 299 Barber Avenue is .5 acres of commercial land located in the center of town on Route 16. Hardy & Sons LLC is planning on building a rock climbing gym.

Moe DePalo joined Glickman Kovago & Company as a Vice President in 2008. As a business owner, business consultant and 29-year management veteran of the former Spag’s of Shrewsbury, including the role of Vice President and General Manager, Moe understands the unique needs of companies of all sizes. He has managed teams in site selection, design, and marketing strategy development. As a Selectman for the town of Shrewsbury for the last 15 years, he has gained extensive knowledge in municipal licensing, permitting, and zoning processes. Moe received his Bachelors degree in Business Management from Worcester State College.

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered the sale of 15 Mendon Street in Uxbridge between Mary Kottsis of Uxbridge, Massachusetts and Capron Corporation also of Uxbridge, Massachusetts on April 28, 2008 for $175,000. 15 Mendon Street is a 2,800 sf commercial building located in the center of town on Route 16.
