Worcester, MA, June 17, 2008 – Glickman Kovago & Company brokered the sale of the property located at 269 Mechanic Street in Marlborough, Massachusetts for $900,000. The property is a converted mill building with 21,000 sf on one acre. The property location and fit out was ideal for the buyers. The Buyers will be operating their company from this new location, which also has two other tenants in the building.

Hosanna Gospel Center leases space at 120 Stafford Street...

Glickman, Kovago & Company has brokered the lease of 120 Stafford Street in Worcester, Massachusetts between 120 Stafford Street LLC of Worcester and Hosanna Gospel Center of West Boylston, Massachusetts. The Hosanna Gospel Center is moving from West Boylston to the 2,700 square foot space in Worcester.

The Hosanna Gospel Center has been in the Worcester area since 2001 and serves the community through ministry, prayer and song.

120 Stafford Street is a 48,000 square foot retail and commercial building located in Webster Square. 5,000 square of space remains.

The Gidopoulos Family purchases The Adams Block in North Brookfield...

Glickman, Kovago & Company has brokered the sale of the property known as, “The Adams Block” at 181 North Main Street in North Brookfield, Massachusetts. Country House Realty sold the property to the Gidopoulos Family for $1,100,000. “The Adams Block” consists of four mixed-use buildings – commercial and apartments – on approximately one acre of land.

MGM Services, Inc leases 1 Zottoli Road...

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered the lease of 1 Zottoli Road in Holden between GP Development Trust of Andover, Massachusetts and MGM Services, Inc. of Worcester, Massachusetts. MGM Services, Inc. is a general contracting firm. 1 Zottoli Road is 1,200 sf of commercial space located just off Main Street in the center of Holden.
