Tyree relocates to Town Forest Business Park in Webster...

Glickman Kovago & Company brokered the lease of 26 Town Forest Road in Webster between Viking Corporation of Webster and Tyree Organization of Farmingdale, NY.

Tyree has leased the 15,540sf building and relocated to Webster.

Founded in 1930, Tyree has evolved from a family-run construction company into a major, multi-dimensional petroleum services and environmental firm.

James Glickman, a principal and founder of Glickman Kovago & Company, represented the lessor. Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the lessee.

Sunrise Prosthetics and Orthotics relocates to Harvard Street...

Glickman Kovago & Company brokered a lease at 10-12 Harvard Street in Worcester between Harvard Street Realty LLC and Sunrise Prosthetics and Orthotics, Inc.

Sunrise Prosthetics and Orthotics has relocated from Milford to Worcester.

3,800sf and 6,100sf of space remains available.

Teree Salon Relocates to Soutbridge Street in Auburn...

Glickman, Kovago & Company brokered a lease agreement for a 2,200sf retail space located at 732 Southbridge Street in Auburn between Southbridge Credit Union and Teree Salon & Spa.

Teree Salon & Spa will be relocating from Oxford, MA.

732 Southbridge Street is a newly built 7,500sf building anchored by Southbridge Credit Union. Glickman Kovago & Company brokered the master lease of the land for bank development and tenanted the building.

Abby Kelly Foster Charter Public School Moves to Temporary Home...

Glickman, Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between Abby Kelly Foster Charter Public School of Worcester, MA and Campus Realty Group. The 30,000sf historic brick building sits upon more than 2 acres of land and is located at 155 Ararat Street in Worcester, MA.

This beautiful location has traditionally been used for educational purposes. As the former home of such schools as Indian Hill Elementary School and The Salter School, the facility is in turnkey condition for those in need of a classroom-style setting and large yard and parking area. Abby Kelly Foster Charter Public School will be using the building as a temporary location while awaiting the completion of renovations at a different property they recently purchased.

The building and accompanying land will remain for sale and will become available for occupancy or redevelopment in September 2009.

Maxwell Silverman’s is well known throughout the region for its gourmet cuisine and elegant atmosphere and has been a staple of Worcester’s fine dining and entertainment scene for over 30 years.

The magnificent and historical train station underwent a $32m renovation and has become the transportation hub of the city.
