Biz Cleaners moves to Grafton Street in Worcester...

Glickman Kovago & Company brokered the lease of 1,500sf retail space at 922 Grafton Street in Worcester to Biz Cleaners of Auburn, Massachusetts.

Biz Cleaners is opening a satellite cleaning and shoe repair site to augment their Auburn operation.

922 Grafton Street is a 3,000sf retail space located across from Perkins Farm Marketplace along a national retail avenue. 1,500sf of space remains available.

Prime Harvard Street, Worcester Office Space leased...

Glickman Kovago & Company brokered two leases totaling 2,000sf in prime office space at 33-35 Harvard Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. 33-35 Harvard Street features newly updated Class B office space with plenty of off-street parking in close proximity to Worcester's Central Business District and New Courthouse.

Glickman Kovago & Company brokered the sale of a 4,300sf industrial building on 1.16ac at 91 Creeper Hill Road in Grafton for $490,000. The property was purchased by Service Plus Disposal of Worcester, Massachusetts.

Glickman Kovago & Company brokered the lease of a 3,750sf retail space at 72 Jefferson Street in Marlborough. Integrated Children's Therapies, Inc. of Marlborough, specializing in physical therapy for children, will locate in the space. 72 Jefferson Street offers a child friendly environment with other children oriented businesses in the plaza.
