- Complete record keeping services. All insurance information,
leases and maintenance agreements will be maintained by Glickman
Kovago Management
- Full accounting services. Glickman Kovago Management
will account for all rents and expenses, maintain budgets and
monitor the financial activities of all properties. We can provide
numerous reports such as P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, rent roll,
cash disbursements, and general journal. Our accounting staff
is experienced and will work with your accountant at year end
to prepare tax returns. Our goal is to provide accurate figures
in an effort to minimize your accounting costs at year end.
- Tenant relations. Glickman Kovago Management will work
directly with the tenants regarding any space issues, rent disputes,
building issues and any other problems that may arise. The owners
of the property will no longer be a point of contact for any of
the tenants. Tenants will deal with Glickman Kovago Mangement
in all matters.
- Vendor relationships. Over the years, we have developed
strong relationships with our vendors. In return for our loyalty,
Glickman Kovago Management has required their commitment and the
ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner. We have
not been disappointed.
- Emergency response. Glickman Kovago Management is the
primary point of contact for all emergencies. Our on call service
requires that at least three personnel will be contacted after
hours. As the owner, you will no longer have to worry about late
night calls or emergencies.
- Capital planning/long term maintenance issues. Glickman
Kovago Management will make recommendations regarding maintenance
or replacement of major items such as roofing, HVAC, elevators,
etc. We will coordinate all inspections and make recommendations
regarding annual reserves and replacements.
