Principal |
James Glickman is a principal and founder of Glickman
Kovago & Company. He has been in the real estate business
for over 20 years. He has assisted clients with a wide array
of commercial/industrial projects from leasing and selling properties,
to site selection, to long term strategic planning for asset
maximization on several multi-million dollar developments. He
is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has been involved
in the management of many large commercial, industrial and retail
properties. |

Peter Kovago
Principal |
Peter Kovago is a principal of Glickman Kovago & Company.
Peter was formerly a commercial banker, where he gained considerable
knowledge in commercial real estate practices and investment
real estate analysis. Peter obtained an undergraduate degree
in Finance from Anna Maria College and a Masters Degree in Business
from Nichols College. Peter’s responsibilities include
commercial real estate with an emphasis on retail as well as
oversight of Glickman Kovago Management. |

Michael Jacobs
Principal |
Michael C. Jacobs is a principal of Glickman Kovago &
Company. After many years as a Director of Operations in the
high tech industry, Mike joined the firm as a broker in 2003
and later became a partner in 2007. Mike has concentrated his
efforts on the Retail Industry and has been responsible for
developing a Retail Brokerage and Development Program within
the firm. Most recently, Mike served as the Preferred Broker
for CVS and developer, Gershman Brown and Associates. Mike's
primary focus is on large & small box retail brokerage and
development. Mike is an active member of the International Council
of Shopping Centers (ICSC) |

Jeffery Borus
Vice President |
Jeff Borus has been with Glickman Kovago & Company since
2001. He joined the firm after working for the Worcester Regional
Chamber of Commerce and Worcester Business Development Corp.
for eight years. Jeff received his Undergraduate degree from
Assumption College and his Masters in Business from Nichols
College. Jeff was also a commercial real estate appraiser for
four years. Jeff’s focus has been on serving all parties
in the commercial and industrial real estate market. |

David Brasington
Vice President

David Brasington has been with Glickman Kovago & Company since 2002. Previously, he spent ten years in property management specializing in leasing and management. David’s focus is primarily on the sale of apartment properties, office buildings and industrial properties in the Metrowest/Rt. 495 area. David is a licensed broker with his Real Property Administrators (RPA) designation. |

David Cohen
Vice President |
David V. Cohen has been a licensed broker for over 16 years
and is excited to be in the commercial real estate business.
He has owned, managed, acquired and sold small businesses and
real estate for the last 20 years. David attended University
of Massachusetts, Amherst, majoring in economics and is a member
of the Level Lodge of the Masons and Vice President of the Hourglass
Foundation. David worked with James Glickman at Worcester Commercial
Group in the 90’s. His concentration has been in Worcester
County with business owners and operators for their commercial
real estate needs. |

Moe DePalo
Vice President |
Moe DePalo joined Glickman Kovago & Company as a Vice President in 2008. He has over 35 years of expertise in project management and business development and has been involved in commercial and residential sales and leasing since 2001. As a business owner, business consultant and 29 year management veteran of the former Spag’s of Shrewsbury, including the role of Vice President and General Manager, Moe understands the unique needs of companies of all sizes. He has managed teams in site selection, design, and marketing strategy development. As a Selectman for the town of Shrewsbury for the last 15 years, he has gained extensive knowledge in municipal licensing, permitting, and zoning processes. Moe received his Bachelors degree in Business Management from Worcester State College. |

John Chaisson
Vice President of Property Management |
John Chaisson joined Glickman Kovago Management in 2004 after
working as a Project Manager and estimator in the building construction
industry for 16-years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in
Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute
of Technology in Boston, MA. Some projects John has managed
include the 202-room Southbridge Hotel & Conference Center
and the Quabbin Regional High School Addition/Renovation project.
John has been involved in the coordination and layout of the
Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing systems for newly constructed
facilities for clients such as IBM, Digital Equipment Corp.,
EMC Corp. and Intel Corp. John has also managed maintenance
accounts for the 3-COM Corp. and AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical.
John presently handles the day-to-day operations of the Property
Management division of Glickman Kovago & Company. |

Ellen Ruane
Fiscal Manager |
Ellen Ruane joined the Accounting Department of Glickman Kovago
Management in 2004 as full charge bookkeeper. Ellen brings over
nine years of fiscal expertise in the property management business.
In addition to performing the day-to day accounting functions,
she has assisted a variety of clients in the residential and
commercial real estate management industry, as well as a non-profit
organization in budget forecasting, reserve analysis and year-end
preparation. Before joining the real estate industry, Ellen
worked in an accounting capacity for many years for retail and
wholesale businesses, including Anheuser Busch, Inc. and Hilton
Hotels Corporation. |

Trish Williams
Office Manager |
Trish A. Williams is the office manager at Glickman Kovago
& Company. Trish is responsible for the day-to-day operations
of the office including implementing marketing plans and designing
marketing material. She joined Glickman Kovago in 2006 and brings
over 7 years of experience in office administration and management,
most notably in the construction and real estate industries.
She possesses a strong background in human resources, consumer
relations, logistical support, and marketing. Trish has also
been involved in all aspects of the management of small residential
and office properties. She has currently completed coursework
at both the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the University
of Maine Farmington with a focus on general studies. |
